Added and updated some features to the site.

**Updated**
Navigation Bar now has a red to black gradient.
Active Threads will now show up to 5 of the last active threads.
Swapped Row 2's Widgets so you can see the pretty wolf on the right of the page a little more.

**Added**
Created a new background, icon, and logo.
Implemented a Links Widget.
Coded a chat program at the bottom of every page in the web-site.
Created a Logo for the Chat Program's background.

I like that our logo makes it look like we sell cybernetic parts and/or military hardware.
