My Plans

I'm going to post what I'm possibly trying to do and what else we can do. If you guys have any input on what we should do, please post it. We've been through rough times, and some of us made good money. So in some kind of level of detail (be it a lot or little detail) I'll explain what I kind of want to do.

Section 1: What we might go for:

We can do the complete assimilation into the Ascension Free Company and I will stop recruiting for Jin Roh outside of that Free Company. I will convert JRTF as a private economic and financial sect of the Free Company as investigators of the market if the leader(s) of the Free Company even allow that. The reason why recruitment will stop outside of the Free Company is obvious and if you need further explanation I'll just write a template in which you can read later.

Section 2:What we can do

Some of you asked if we're going to start a Free Company. I can and will start one if you guys are interested in creating such however I do plan on having an End-Game content, Mixed, and Gathering division when enough members obtained. However due to the nature of our trade, information we collect will still be controlled that will be revealed by recently recruited members. Operations will become normal as we did in the past, those that want to rush everything will be backed financially as well as with information as long as they represent the interests of our organization.

Section 3:What we can do for both

Membership for Jin Roh requires a goal in the game, no exceptions. I will still require a short term goal and a long term goal. The 'wish list' and 'request' boards will be available either decision we make and I will try dearly to acquire personnel to help or otherwise volunteers will help. The biggest mistake other organizations make is not tend to the needs of their peers. If you let your intentions known and documented, others might be considerate enough to get what you want or need done.

Section 4:Market Research

We have the spreadsheets and people that document how the market is like. I plan on upgrading the current system using a professional stock portfolio application. This is usually done by me as a hobby otherwise help is also appreciated. Currently the market is like most other games' auction house/market system. The interface is quite the same and they are located in the three major cities. There are advantages and disadvantages that we'll currently face with that.

Disadvantage: We can't take advantage of the limited market space available for our venders and competition will be most likely. Due to the changes, we are forced to work together even more.

Advantage: Obviously with the disadvantage I stated there is one clear advantage. More of our venders will be available to be in the market and for those that aren't actively updating their vender's stall fees this will be advantageous for them in the long run.

Section 5:Archives

I always wondered if anyone was interested in using my other web-site as a remote archive of information. There I can store a lot more and when I have spare time provide a more custom service than that we already receive from existing sites.
Saying that, I'm going to restate what Abesai Winchester was already doing, he's making his own database (There Abe I mentioned it, again).

Section 6:For those not in either Free Company but still in Jin Roh Linkshell

That's ok, recruiting only stops outside of the Ascension Free Company if we go that route and if we go the Jin Roh Trade Federation Free company route, business as usual despite Free Company standings. The reason for this is, JRTF did not originally restrict you of having one sole linkshell, it was a community that thrived on networking and collecting information to get things done. Despite Free Company status, there are still rules to adhere to in order to maintain our market integrity.
